Directions:
Step 1: Cook the Sausage

Salt & pepper, to taste

For the Mini Meatballs:
150 g ground beef

1 egg

40 g Parmesan cheese, grated

Breadcrumbs, as needed

½ clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables
1️⃣ Dice the pumpkin into 1 cm cubes and slice the mushrooms.
2️⃣ Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
3️⃣ Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

3️⃣ Prepare the garlic butter by mixing the melted butter with garlic powder. Drizzle this mixture evenly over the bread, letting it seep in between the cuts.

4️⃣ Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes to melt the cheese and warm everything through.

5️⃣ Remove the foil, drizzle BBQ sauce over the top, and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the bread is golden brown.
