A significant amount of labor was devoted to this installation. 1/4” plywood was installed in multiple areas to achieve the desired height. New baseboards were installed in areas where the restoration company had removed them. Additional shoe molding was installed in various areas. Areas with significant deviation from level were corrected. New kick plates were installed on certain cabinets and shoe molding was stained and polyurethaned. The project took a little longer than expected due to scheduling constraints, but fortunately, the homeowners were accommodating.
