Hi, I’m Katie👋🏻 We have a few new followers, so I wanted to re-introduce myself!

I’m the owner and creative director here at Katie Carlin Interiors. With over 13 years in the design world, I love creating livable interiors by incorporating natural elements with subtle bursts of color which create a harmonious synergy in sync with life on the Chesapeake Bay! Please welcome Cait to the KCI team!

A Maryland native, Cait joins the KCI team with ten years of professional experience. After gaining her Bachelor in Fine Arts with a concentration in product design from Towson University, Cait went on to work for Anthropologie managing their retail visual display and merchandising in both their Annapolis and Columbia locations. From there she discovered her love of design and pursued her interior design education. Her positions at both architectural and design build firms have provided her the opportunity to develop her technical and construction administration skills.

Splitting her time between Annapolis, MD and Wrightsville, NC, Cait is inspired by natural textures, neutral color schemes, and found objects along the shore. She thrives on the process of creating cozy & unique homes with clients.
