So I've been really into making these elastic bracelets lately. There's a lot of them using repurposed beads from old jewelry, and then also lots of labradorite pieces as well. These will all be available to buy at Minnesota Makers soon!

"Acceptance does not require likeability" is one of my therapist's favorite quotes. It means that sometimes in life you get stuck in a situation that you don't like but have to accept it anyway. I find this especially helpful when dealing with circumstances completely out of your control. You don't have to like it, but accepting it as your current reality is the first step to regaining control, even in a small way.
