These bakery-style chocolate chunk cookies are thick, chewy, and loaded with melty pools of chocolate in every bite. Golden edges, soft centers, and zero chill time make them a keeper.

NO BAKE PREACHER COOKIES..
Ingredients
3 cups quick-cooking oats, uncooked
2 cups sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 stick + 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, divided
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup chocolate chips
Directions
Pour oats into a large bowl and set aside. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Note: A baking sheet isn’t “required” – a flat surface, like a countertop, works.
Melt 1 stick butter in a saucepan on medium-high heat, stirring frequently to melt butter. Bring to a boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat. Add peanut butter and vanilla extract and stir to combine.
Pour peanut butter mixture over reserved oats. Add milk and sugar, and stir until fully incorporated.
Scoop 1 tablespoon full of batter onto baking sheet, pressing down to flatten.
Melt chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon unsalted butter in a microwave safe dish, 20 second intervals on medium heat, stirring after each interval, until chocolate is completely melted.
Use a spoon to drizzle chocolate over top of cookies. Cookies are ready to eat once chocolate has cooled and set. Or, chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. Transfer cookies to a serving platter, or store in an airtight container.

KFC Biscuits
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 teaspoons white granulated sugar
½ teaspoon cream of tartar
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup chilled butter salted
2/3 cup milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 415 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl sift together flour, baking powder, sugar, cream of tartar and salt.
Using a pastry blender, your hands, or a knife and fork, cut in the butter until the flour resembles coarse crumbs.
Add the milk and stir with a fork until the mixture comes together. On a lightly floured surface pull out the dough and knead until it is smooth.
Roll out dough until it is ½ inch thick. Cut out dough using a 3 inch biscuit butter, or you can cut into squares. With remaining dough, reform and roll out to ½ inch and repeat until all the dough is used and made into biscuits.
Arrange biscuit dough on prepared baking sheet, and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until risen and a golden brown.
Serve immediately, or set on counter or serving dish until ready to serve.

Perfect!!!

Indulge in the delightful taste of 3 Ingredient Butter Cookies, a perfect example of the beauty of simplicity in baking.

Ingredients:
1 cup (230g) softened Butter
2 cups (250g) Flour
2/3 cup (85g) Powdered sugar
Optional Additions:
Vanilla extract
Salt
Sugar for coating

Directions:
Preheat Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
Incorporate Flour: Gradually add the flour and mix until the dough comes together smoothly. If the dough is too soft for shaping, you can add an additional 2-3 tablespoons of flour to achieve the desired consistency.
Shape Cookies: There are two options for shaping your cookies:
Disk Form: Flatten the dough into a disk, wrap it in plastic, and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Once chilled, roll the dough out to approximately 1/4-inch thickness and use cookie cutters to create your desired shapes.
Log Shape: Shape the dough into a log, wrap it securely, and freeze for 30 minutes. After freezing, slice the log into 1/4-inch thick rounds for easy, round cookies.
Bake Cookies: Arrange the shaped cookies on the prepared tray. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they begin to turn golden around the edges.
Cool and Enjoy: Allow the cookies to cool on the tray for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Now, they are ready to be enjoyed!
