Happy Black Friday? I’m sitting here listening to Spotify’s Dance Pop Hits playlist while Kevin vacuums the floor around me and our dog, who doesn’t seem particularly thrilled. The playlist was to get me hyped to wash dishes, but it looks like it’s inspiring us all to clean house.
There’s so much to be thankful for this year, and speaking of houses, we are very grateful for the house we’ve lived in for the past 5 years. Technically it’s a 4BR, 3.5BA, but the 4th bedroom is a bit of a stretch, being more suited to a bonus room that’s serving as my husband’s work-from-home office than a place for anyone to sleep.
This house has served us well; we’ve got the best neighbors and our favorite a few steps away. We bought this house together 9 months into our relationship, and I’m happy to say I’ve proved his brothers wrong and it’s been a great decision to buy a house with someone I barely knew.
