The heart behind the Gift Kitchen 🤍

These three incredible women have dedicated their home to serving the Lord, welcoming others in, and giving selflessly if the space they have.

Their story is one of the many reasons our annual Gift Kitchen will continue to be a part of what we do at 319 Design. Hearing how their new kitchen has impacted not only their everyday lives, but also their ability to continue serving others through ministry, is a beautiful reminder of why we do this year after year.

Our Gift Kitchen is about so much more than a kitchen renovation. It’s about blessing those who spend their lives being a blessing to others. And now, it’s time to pass that gift on again!

What actually affects the cost of your countertops? đź‘€

When planning your kitchen renovation, there are 3 main factors that impact countertop pricing:

01 | Material Selection
The type of stone (natural vs manmade) or material you choose plays a big role in your overall cost. Quartz, granite, marble, porcelain, dolomite, and quartzite each comes with a different price point.

02 | Square Footage
Larger islands, extended countertops, and full-height backsplashes can all increase the amount of material.

03 | Edge Profile
The finishing detail matters! A standard eased edge is typically more budget-friendly, while custom details like a mitered edge can add to the overall cost.

IT’S TIME FOR OUR 2026 GIFT KITCHEN! 🤍✨

Nominations are officially OPEN, and we are so excited for another opportunity to give back to someone in our community!

Before you nominate someone, here are a few important qualifications to keep in mind:

• Must own their home (no rentals!)
• Must live within our service area, approximately 20 minutes from Apex, NC (including Cary, Holly Springs, and surrounding areas)
• Must be available for a kitchen transformation during the first few weeks of December 2026.
• Must be comfortable having their story and kitchen transformation filmed and shared.
• Should be someone whose story and heart reflect the kind of person we’ve described in this video.
