A little glimpse of what it is running/owning a business is like and the feelings that come with it …. Take a seat🪑🍿

Some of you are new to following ST Designs or even ordering from us. Well this business isn’t huge, but it’s ran by 4 strong woman with huge hearts! Myself ( Sydney the owner) and my three amazing employees/sisters! Megan, Hannah, Ciara. We work hard everyday for this business. Today I had one of those moments- where I felt so many emotions from my business.

Today I felt a lot of things and the three that stood out are

Joy
Happiness
Gratitude

Happiness-My business has grown from nothing to something. My daughters are so excited to share with strangers how cool their mom’s business is. Staff that genuinely love my brand and work as hard and ever harder than me somedays!

Gratitude-As we have been offering our products more to local customers I’ve began to feel like that popular girl at school lol. Customers stopping daily so excited about me,….my little ole business! I’m so beyond excited to be able to meet so many amazing people from appleton and the fox cities in wi. Being able to positively impact their life/business is the best feeling and result I could ask for!

Joy- when customers tell us how happy and amazing their experience has been with us! We have been getting such amazing and positive feedback. The prayers I prayed are showing their fruit! I run my business with integrity and honesty. Our goal is to deliver the absolute best possible results we can!

In the end owning a business isn’t a cake walk, I’ve cried, thrown up, lost sleep, missed things , lost money, risked personal health. But it also has allowed me to, provide for my family, employ wonderful ladies, influence the plus size community and allow woman to feel confident,positively impact other business. And a much more!

If you have read this far thank you 🙏 Thank you from a business owner who really loves her customers and community! Some days it’s good to give thanks to the man upstairs publicly, today was that day!
