‘Tis the season-for Poms!

Another massive tote- this one is 19” wide, 15” high and 7” deep. It has slip pockets front and back between the straps and a slip pocket inside.

There are TWO beach towels in the bag in the first pic- easily room for one more.

Quilting cotton inside and out. Lightly interfaced. Very foldable.

This version has nicely seamed edges that give the tote a more structured look when filled.

This refashion was a process:
1. Sleeveless dress that fit no one in this house. Zip repurposed for a denim dress.
2. White Jones NewYork dress shirt with fabulous cut, cuffs and sleeves- but 20+ years unworn in my closet turned it to a dingy yellow.
3.One Rit dye bath in Navy
4. What felt like hours snipping diamond fabric away from the embroidery.
5. Spray baste and a lot of topstitching.

All it needs now are some great new buttons and cuff links.
