Our youngest was feeling a little rough over the weekend and didn't sleep well. So naturally, I didn't sleep well. This week I am being very consistent with my daytime greens and nighttime drink so that I can do what I need to do and not feel run down.

I got into the habit of a sweet treat before bed and am trying to reverse it. 🥴 The Drift bedtime drink tastes exactly like a dark chocolate milk, so it really does curb my need for a sweet treat when I drink this before bed. Thankful to have the sweet treat option that also has health benefits.
