Since getting into woodworking, I’ve created many diptychs and triptychs over the years, and they’ve become some of my favorite pieces to design.

I love their versatility. Whether made up of two or three panels, they give you the freedom to change things up whenever you like. Not only do they create a beautiful statement in a space, but the panels can also be separated and displayed in different areas of your home.

Each custom piece is thoughtfully designed with your space in mind. I carefully select colors that complement your aesthetic and dƩcor, and together we create a striking design that feels intentional, personal, and uniquely yours.

If you’ve been considering a custom piece for your home, I’d love to chat about your vision and explore what we can create together.

I currently have availability for custom commissions beginning in August.

I hope everyone's enjoying their weekend šŸ™‚

More pics of piece No. 12 of The Solace Collection.

The release date is quickly approaching and I still have at least two more to make. I've had SO
much fun making these. So much joy. I'm still contemplating what to make for the last two.

These pieces are all different and one of a kind. I'll be switching gears for the next collection so if you like any of these, please pop on my website and have a look at the date below.

The beginning of piece No. 12 of The Solace Collection.

I REALLY want to finish her as soon as possible, but I really need to start Amy's custom tomorrow. So I'll have to set this one aside for a couple more days. ļæ¼

I've been baking in the workshop this week... it's been so unbelievably hot! Already. With no relief from the heat in sight, I'll just have to keep positive and keep chucking along. ļ漚Ÿ™‚

Hope everyone is having a wonderful week so far. (And staying nice and cool)

Everyone’s creative process is different.

How we come up with ideas, how we work through logistics, the journey from conception to creating something tangible… we all do it differently.

For me, my best ideas come in the moments right before I fall asleep.

When my mind finally quiets down, the chaos fades, and I’m drifting into that peaceful in-between state… that’s when it happens.

Beautiful designs suddenly appear in my head. New artistic directions. Unexpected solutions. Those little ā€œah-haā€ moments.

I can’t fully explain it, and I don’t know why, but it’s always been that way for me.

On another note... before I was a woodworker, I was a photographer. I’ve always loved double exposure images but my camera couldn’t create them naturally. So I taught myself how to make them in Photoshop instead. Hence this image. The conception of artistic ideas. šŸ™‚

Anywho, I'm genuinely curious… When do your best ideas come to you?

And as always, thank you for being here ļ漚Ÿ«¶šŸ»

xoxo
