For the Topping:

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt, eggs, and evaporated milk until smooth. Pour into the prepared dish.

In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, baking powder, and salt. Stir until crumbly.

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.

In another bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
