Sunday I realized just how much baking and treat making I've done in the last week in a half
preparing for Thanksgiving and 1 small birthday party and one large birthday party as well as student gifts.
Here goes : over 20 dozen COOKIES chocolate chips, wedding cookies, peanut butter, & sugar; over 6 batches of BROWNIES equivalent to 1 full size sheet cake (that's the large pan that won't fit in your oven); about 10 dozen PRETZELS and 6 Caramel Chocolate Apples , 4 Sweet Potato Pies, 2 Cakes- 1 Red Velvet and 1 Pound.

Whew, the girl is tired. However I am now taking orders for Christmas gift giving and parties- cakes, cupcakes, whole Caramel/chocolate apples, brownies, cookies and hot chocolate bombs.
