We not only transform interiors of homes but also exteriors! This was a 100% home remodel in the historic district of Park Hill in Denver. HouseHome is very intentional to make sure the love and attention we put into an interior is also reflected in the exterior. Zach Griffith was our fantastic GC on this project, ensuring every single detail we created was implemented perfectly.

This client lives outside as much as inside, and a must-have was a gym, so we designed and built a detached space that not only houses his gym equipment but an infrared sauna, ice plunge and kitchenette.

To complement our design we called on the amazing Brittany Cory Griffith, Owner and Master Gardener with Griffith Designs Indoor and Outdoor Living to add gorgeous landscaping, a new patio, a new outdoor kitchen, custom front yard iron fencing, etc. She nailed it!!!

A Highlands Ranch, Colorado fireplace makeover elevated in luxury design and class, with custom cabinetry, hand-stained fluted wood detail, marble fireplace surround and soapstone counters! Anyone who lives in the HR area knows these high walls are common and such a difficult feature to tackle. But we’ve gotcha. 😉

Our vintage Park Hill District remodel and expansion continues with this fun entry and family room. We changed out the flooring in entry with herringbone brick, replaced the front door, painted the ceiling and coat closet a gorgeous shade of green for a touch of drama, and changed out the light for something absolutely glam!!

The fireplace was a modern large-format tile, which we replaced with stone, adding texture and softness to the space with moody lighting and warm-toned furniture and decor. Thanks to Zach Griffith with Griffith Designs Indoor and Outdoor Living for masterfully implementing our designs with excellence in craftsmanship! 🙌
