Here are the photos from Kim's A La Carte's catering this weekend. So grateful for my son. He did his mom proud, and did an amazing job. Yes, I put him on the grill and had him cook. When they saw my decorations I put out, I was told I understood and executed the assignment β€οΈ
They were on my Strawberries, as you can see. Some of the chocolate was still soft and they weren't set. My strawberries are just that juicy and good, they were eating them as I was making themππππ.
I didn't get any pix of the Fajita Bar as it went by too fast lol, but they were definitely satisfied.
The compliments we were getting on the food, and the satisfaction, was so rewarding. There was a beautiful lady there who doesn't really like salmon because she said it has a fishy taste. I told her to try a tiny piece of mine and see what she thought. Needless to say she had seconds. Mind you I did have a rosemary butter chicken breast there for her to choose, but instead she came back for seconds for my salmon. It's moments like that that remind me why I do what I do β€οΈ
The menu:
Friday dinner (18 guest)
1. Bang Bang Shrimp
2. Spinach and Ricotta Cheese, Veggie Lasagna Rolls.
3. Grilled Asparagus, Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Peppers, and Colored Carrots..
4. Greek/Tossed salad (tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers, feta cheese, olives, and croutons). Onions and Feta cheese on the side.
5. Garlic bread sticks
6. Water infused with Cucumbers, Green Tea, Juice
Saturday Breakfast (14 guest)
1. Egg Muffins with veggies and cheese
2. Bacon/Turkey Bacon
3. Breakfast Potatoes
4. Pancakes with a mixed berry compote, and assorted syrups.
5. Assorted juices, and Water infused with Strawberries and Mint.
Saturday Lunch Fajita Bar (22 guest)
1. Chicken/Shrimp/Veggies Fajitas
2. Refried/Black Beans
3. Water infused with Strawberries and Mint, Green Tea
Saturday Dinner (25 guest)
1. Sweet Tai Chili Salmon, with White Rice infused with a hint of coconut, and Veggie Stir Fry.
2. Chicken Breast seasoned with Rosemary butter, with rice, and mixed veggies.
3. Vegan Bourbon Mushrooms over White Rice.
4. Infused Water, and Green Tea .
Dessert was my Banana Pudding Shooters, Strawberry & Chocolate Pudding Brownie Shooters, and my Gourmet Chocolate Strawberries.
