This morning we headed to Aroma Coffee Co. in Fall City, WA for drinks and a snack. They offer a great café menu, but the real highlight is their Tree House. You can take your food and drinks up into the Tree House for a fun, out‑of‑the‑ordinary experience. Aroma is wonderfully family‑friendly, and well‑behaved pets are welcome, too.

Both RainWater Gallery and Cherie's Sewing Room were vendors at this last Saturdays Maple Valley Farmers' Market. When we left the house that early AM the weather forecast was 21% chance of rain. We usually don't go if the percent chance is over 40%; ink/paper and fabric do not tolerate getting wet. SO . . . just as we entered the market grounds it dumped. Since we were committed we set up the vendor booth and then moved our tables/inventory out of the pickup camper shell into the booth. We did a good job. No inventory got any rain on it. Whew!. This is a rock sculpture by Ethan Currier, the Bainbridge Island stone sculptor widely known for his river‑rock figures and flower forms. His work is installed all over Winslow. This one is on Winslow Ave E. just east of the entrance to the Winslow Ravine Park/Trails.

Very Good Day for RainWater Gallery at the Maple Valley Farmers' Market yesterday, Saturday. Best sales this season! I sold 47 photographs. The Market Staff assigned me to one of the best locations in the market where I was in the intersection of 3 of the walkways.
