I used to look at moments and think it meant I failed.

But honestly the mistakes are exactly how you learn things. You don’t level up any skill by getting it right on the first try. It is completely unrealistic to think you’re just going to be amazing at something right out of the gate.

Confidence isn’t born from perfect projects. It’s built over time, mistake by mistake, figure it out as you go style.

So if you’re currently staring at a project wanting to set it on fire, congratulations. You’re about to learn something new, it’s only a failure if you quit.
