Playa Grande: Resort-Inspired Living in the Dominican Republic

Perched on a dramatic cliff within one of the Dominican Republic’s most exclusive private resort communities, this home enjoys sweeping views where the ocean meets the golf course.

The interiors take an intentionally understated approach, with a quiet palette, natural materials, and thoughtful details that complement the beauty of the surroundings instead of competing with it.

In collaboration with Austin-based artist Brandon Mike, custom lighting was thoughtfully designed to add warmth, texture, and sculptural interest while preserving the home's calm, effortless atmosphere.

Breaking ground in Denver, CO.

Laura joined the development team this week for the groundbreaking of Rowan, a 358-unit multifamily community at 3875 Walnut Street in RiNo.

Designed around thoughtful living and hospitality-inspired experiences, Rowan will offer studio, one, and two-bedroom residences, as well as penthouses, alongside curated amenities and panoramic skyline and Front Range views.

Perched on a steep hillside in West Lake Hills, this home is defined by its canyon views and quiet sense of retreat, just minutes from downtown Austin.

Created for an Austin couple who enjoy entertaining, the interiors are designed around flow and flexibility, supporting both large gatherings and more intimate moments.

A restrained palette of wood, stone, and metal sets a calm foundation throughout, layered with subtle color inspired by the surrounding landscape. Expansive glazing keeps the home visually open, connecting every space to the outdoors.

The result is a home that feels grounded, intentional, and closely connected to its natural setting.
