Took a break from all the party planning this weekend to sneak down to Georgia to pretend to be 18 again with my freshman year roomies. From tea rooms to Truett’s to Peachtree City golf cart riding - we packed in a million memories. I’m so grateful for these ladies in my life. And don’t even try to guess what year we met. Let’s just say it was a multiple of 5 years ago! 🤪

One of the highlights of our trip to Costa Rica 🇨🇷 was visiting this school with Daniela Angulo
I thought I was just getting a tour but then she wanted to know if I needed a microphone or screen for my presentation! 🎤
I was able to practice a little public Spanish speaking off the cuff and then thankfully transition to English as they ALL speak it. Swipe to listen to my sad attempts.
Presenting a set of my books donated by students and families earlier this summer brought joy to my heart. I wish I’d brought a bigger suitcase. 🧳 Students learn mostly in English in this immersion school - the only reason my books will be useful!🤪📚
The last picture displays some of their favorite books. Is it too much to hope one of mine makes it on that display next year?!?🤪🙏
