Lazy Cake Cookies: No Baking, All Deliciousness!
Ingredients:
1 cup chocolate chips 🍫
1/2 cup peanut butter 🥜
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup 🍯
1 cup rolled oats 🌾
1/2 cup crushed graham crackers 🍪
1/4 cup mini marshmallows (optional) ☁️
Directions:
1. Grab a microwave-safe bowl and toss in the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and honey.
2. Microwave the mixture in 20-second intervals. Stir it well after each time until it’s nice and smooth.
3. Once melted, stir in the rolled oats and crushed graham crackers until everything is well mixed.
4. If you love a little extra sweetness, fold in the mini marshmallows now.
5. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a tray lined with parchment paper. Press them down a bit to form cookie shapes.
6. Pop the tray in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let them set up.
