Directions:

- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan so your cake doesn’t stick.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Make sure it’s well mixed.

3. In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, eggs, honey or maple syrup, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until it’s nice and smooth.

Ingredients:

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 packet French onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing)

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and ground pork.
2. Add the finely chopped onion and French onion soup mix.
3. Stir in the breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well.

- 315 g (2 1/2 cups) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 150 g (1/2 cup) crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 80 g (3/4 cup) shredded coconut
- 80 g (1/2 cup) chopped pecans

For the Frosting:
- 110 g cream cheese (room temperature)
- 30 g (2 tbsp) unsalted butter
- 120 g (1 cup) icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

2. In a large bowl, cream the softened butter with both sugars until it’s light and fluffy. This should take a few minutes.

3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, making sure to mix well after each addition.
