Engaging with media has become increasingly more difficult for me and, as I imagine, for so many of us as we cling to our wellness, our wholeness, and ability to be grounded in what good and beauty still exist and is readily available to us all in this world... no matter what each of our own personal obstacles may be, that is survival...

When the forces against our happiness are screaming out more more more I'm trying to simplify... and reach only for the things I know will fill my heart up...

I firmly believe nature and all things natural and of the earth from which we are created is for all of us, not just some, our greatest well. We may all just simply have a different path there which leads us back to gratitude and striped away from ego and self pity. Living amongst natural elements is a step towards that path. Painting with them feels playful.
