I would LOVE to say this is a Copycat Hardees Mushroom Swiss, but it’s not. More of a copycat cop out 🫣 ( 🙄). Still, it was good and easy to throw together. Perhaps you can try it sometime!!

Schools back in session, and with that comes all the other chaos. Though my kids often buy, they occasionally want to pack. To make my life a little easier, I premade some PBJ “Uncrustables”
