High protein evening snack hack! 1 oz of no sugar added beef jerky, 1 mini no sugar added beef stick and 1 cheddarella cheese stick. This totals 200 calories and 21 grams of protein! I like to chop the beef stick and half the cheese stick into tiny pieces to pick at with a cocktail toothpick then save the other cheese stick half to peel as nature rightfully intended. It’s fun to play with your food! This little mind game really helps me to slow down my consumption while still enjoying tasty evening snacks 🤩🙌🏻

Let’s see your culinary creations. 👀 🥘 What’s everyone making on meal prep Sunday?!
We’re having loaded baked purple Viking potatoes 🥔 (so delicious!) for lunch- this has been a Fall favorite with my gram. Currently I have farm fresh boiled eggs cooling on the stove for some deviled eggs & egg salad. Up next- I’m going to tackle some veggies to process my very last veggie box of the season!

It smells like an Autumn Paradise in here! What’s any more nostalgic than a cozy Sunday afternoon in October with your mom in the kitchen making some delicious seasonal treats from scratch?! 🫶🏼 🍎 We were gifted beautiful Wolf River apples from my awesome boss and Penny made a scrumptious apple crisp & delicious apple oatmeal raisin cookies with them 🤤 She even whipped up a cornbread!
