BLESSED BE THE FRUIT! And vegetables. And herbs. 🥰🥰 Between this week’s veggie box haul and gifts from coworkers- I have quite the project ahead of me and I’m happy to take it on! First up was the broccoli crown 🥦 👑 (Thanks Carol! 🫶🏼) I was craving a savory evening snack and this did the trick. How do you like to do broccoli and cheese?! My traditional way is to use the small batter bowl (we’ve had this guy since I was a kid!) and nuke it for about 4 minutes! Super fast, simple and absolutely delicious. 😋
