Hello my beautiful people..there seems to be some confusion about the print quality of files that customers send in, and we would like for our customers to understand and be better educated on file and print quality.

•PNG file are high-resolution images offer superior color depth and can deliver high-quality prints on home or industrial printers.

• SVG file images are vector-based, which means they can be scaled up or down without losing quality.

•JPEG file is a type of raster image file format that uses compression to store data, and has the file extension . jpg. This compression allows for smaller file sizes, which makes them ideal for use on the web.

•PDF file is an abbreviation that stands for Portable Document Format. It's a versatile file format created by Adobe that gives people an easy, reliable way to present and exchange documents - regardless of the software, hardware, or operating systems being used by anyone who views the document

IMPORTANT INFORMATION MOVING FORWARD

All files need to be in either pdf or png format with a 300 dpi for printing. We will continue to print images exactly the way they are sent. We cannot make any modifications to pre-design images. Screenshots are unacceptable and will not be printed.

We are not responsible for the end result of your “PRE-DESIGNED” file. Sizing of your pre-designed file will be based off the width of your deisgn. Printing Days are done on Wednesday unless it’s a Holiday. If you need prints before our normal printing day a RUSH FEE MUST BE PAID. ALSO ALL PRINTS MUST BE PAID BEFORE ANY PRINTING WILL BE DONE.
