These melt-in-your-mouth cookies have a rich, fudgy, and slightly dense interior without it being ridiculously sweet!l (like all my desserts are 😉). It will remind you of the iconic dessert that you can only get in STL: ooey gooey butter cake! If I’m being honest, I don’t like the cake because I like the cookies too much 🫣

This cookie cake was for the cutest 4 year old and watching his face light up at the crab and stingray made my heart melt! 🥰 then to hear later from his mom that that was his favorite part of the day?! That’s true justification that you did something right!😌
