Hello My Loves💜💜 & Happy Tip Tuesday!

Today, I want to talk about something that has nothing to do with skincare products. But everything to do with self-care.

Give yourself permission to pause.

Sometimes, we feel like we always have to be doing something, working, checking messages, taking care of other people, and checking things off our list.

But taking a few minutes to breathe, sit quietly, take a walk, listen to music, or simply do nothing for a moment, isn't being lazy.

It's giving yourself an opportunity to reset.

You don't have to earn reset.You don't have to wait until you're completely exhausted and you don't have to feel guilty for taking care of yourself.

So today, I want you to give yourself permission to pause, even if it's only 45 minutes, take a deep breath, put your phone down, step outside, drink some water, or whatever helps you reconnect with yourself.

Your mental well-being matters, too
Remember, self-care isn't selfish?
