Just wrapped this Bend, Oregon, Wall Street remodel in the historic O'Donnell Building, a space steeped in Bend, Oregon history, given new life. ✨

The goal was moody, unique, and full of color. We leaned into strong equestrian touches while keeping the whole space rooted in PNW ld-world charm.

We touched nearly everything: new flooring throughout, sculptural light fixtures at the entry, walnut slat ceilings, brass bullet lighting, and a co-ed bathroom that's the true cherry on top.

This was a beloved project from start to finish and it turned out exactly as envisioned.

Huge thanks to my incredible client , who I've now worked with on several projects together — always a delight. And to Ron & Tyler of AAW Construction, plus the amazing painters, flooring crew, and everyone who brought this one to life. 🥂

Today we started hanging art at the co-ed bathroom space in our Wall Street project in Bend, Oregon and this space is getting so close to finish. Mirror up, faucet in etc.

Everyone has been working so hard, from flooring to painting to the final details. A huge thank you again to Tyler Scrivens , Ron Wemhoner , and all the talented contractors involved for their excellence and superior work. A design is just an idea until the construction team makes it a reality.

And to my clients, Dan and Gina, thank you for having not only excellent taste, but also a true appreciation for fantastic design outside the ordinary. You two are amazing!

This Georgian English Gentleman’s Club / Polo Lounge concept is really taking shape, and seeing the co-ed bathroom space 99% finished is incredible. From the mosaic marble floors and striped wallpaper to the stunning mirror, brass lighting, and Framebridge-framed archival prints, this little moody room feels 5-star deluxe.

Wait until you see the upstairs spaces soon.

In our Discovery West downstairs remodel, we also transformed the guest half bath into a moody, one-of-a-kind jewel box.
Rich color, layered wallpaper, gold accents, and sculptural fixtures came together to create a space that feels intimate, opulent, and completely unexpected.

Featuring Robin Springs wallpaper from South African brand ZARZA, Gold Renoir Bombay Leaf wallpaper from Phillip Jeffries, stunning VIGO fixtures, and lighting from Ferguson Home.

A closer look at the material story.

For this Discovery West living space, the back wall was designed to bring warmth, reflection, texture, and depth into the room. The combination of rose-gold metal laminated porcelain tile and American walnut became one of my favorite details in the entire project.

I selected Amulet Mist Rose Gold 18x36 Metal Laminated Porcelain Tile from for its warmth, movement, and subtle reflective quality. It shifts beautifully throughout the day, catching the changing light and adding a quiet, luxurious glow without feeling flashy.

To balance that shimmer, we paired it with American walnut slats from , a matching walnut console from , and custom walnut shelves. The walnut adds richness, structure, and an organic warmth that keeps the room feeling grounded and sophisticated.

Beautifully installed by Ron from and Tyler from , this wall became the heart of the living room — artful, layered, and entirely one of a kind.

What a beauty! This is my latest project wrap — a richly layered living space in Discovery West, Bend, Oregon, that I’ve been working on since November 2025. It was designed to feel luxurious, artful, eclectic, and entirely one of a kind.

This was part of a downstairs remodel where I worked on the living room/TV area, half bath, kitchen, entry, and lighting upgrades — all for wonderful clients who were kind, appreciative, and open to a bold creative vision. ❤️

For the main living area, I wanted a room that felt rich, sophisticated, and alive throughout the day. A space that shifts with the light and reveals something different from morning to evening.

The back wall became the heart of the room. I selected Amulet Mist Rose Gold 18x36 Metal Laminated Porcelain Tile from , beautifully installed by Ron from and Tyler from . The rose-gold finish brings warmth, reflection, and movement, giving the room its quiet drama.

To balance the shimmer, we layered in American walnut slats from , a matching walnut console from , and custom walnut shelves. The walls and ceiling were color-drenched in a custom blue, then grounded with eclectic pieces from , a custom wool Oushak rug, and a custom sofa from .

The finishing touch: the Osiris Large Asymmetric Semi-Flush Mount from — a sculptural, gaslamp-inspired brass fixture with just the right amount of glow.

In Q4 last year, Cat & Kevin, a young married couple, made the leap all the way from Brooklyn, NY to purchase their very first home, a beautiful spot in the Stonehaven development here in Bend, Oregon. We wrapped the project in early summer this year.

Not every project starts from the ground up. Sometimes a home already has great bones, it just needs the right eye to bring it to life. Cat & Kevin brought me in to refresh and update key spaces throughout the home and curate furniture and decor that actually feels like them. We tackled a full living room, breakfast buffet area, dining room repaint/redesign, full fireplace remodel, plus the mudroom and powder room downstairs, transforming them into spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful.

Sneak peek of a very fun little moment from our Stonehaven project in Bend, Oregon. Final reveal coming soon.

The mudroom and adjacent half bath are underway. We are nearly finished with the Fortunato Marfil Beige and Nero Marquina 12x12 matte porcelain checkerboard tile, laid on the diagonal and running seamlessly through both spaces for maximum impact. The mudroom is painted Sherwin-Williams Dutch Cocoa, and the half bath is getting the full moody treatment with a custom deep gray-blue, brass fixtures, a Pixie mirror from Birch Lane, and Enchanted Forest wallpaper from Julibel Studios. Classic with a twist. Cozy but dramatic. Playful, polished, and full of personality.
