Best known for her detailed folk art paintings, her work is cherished by collectors in the United States and internationally. Many of her print series have completely sold out. There are over 600 paintings in the collection and more that two million prints have been sold. Her work has been featured in numerous newspaper articles, magazines and television programs here and abroad, the most exciting
of which was her tours throughout Japan. Jennifer began her professional painting career over 40 years ago. With love of American history, nature and the west, she created a series for New York, Oregon, Washington and Canada. Her work is a feast of color and minute detail that captivates the eye. For over 25 years Jennifer Lake had several art galleries located in Sisters, Bend and on the Oregon coast. In December of 2012 Jennifer closed her art galleries and relocated to beautiful northeastern Oregon in 2015. Her art studio is located in the beautiful Elk Horn Mountains.
