So many wonderful families and gorgeous projects this year and so much that we’re excited to share in the coming weeks! Grabbed this quick photo just before move-in recently - I love that it was such a cool collaboration with creative and trusting homeowners, confidence from the Charlotte Historic District Commission (that window is 100 years old and historically protected!), and beautiful and excellent work from our brilliant friends & partners at Habitude Interiors and Concept Building & Restoration.

Superior architecture seamlessly blends functionality with a gorgeous building plan. Our Bay Street project is a prime example of this philosophy with an intentional cantilevered upper level to make way for covered parking. Features like this are eye-catching and extremely practical for our homeowners.
