Megan's Junk Drawer

10/14/2026

Good morning! Happy Wednesday! I'm getting excited for this upcoming weekend. It's the 38th Annual Hellers Apple Festival! For those who knew my mom, she was a vendor at this event for many years, selling handmade purses, wool mittens, table runners, quilts, etc. I was always her helper. 💜 Well this year, I will have my own booth at Hellers and I know my mom will be smiling, watching me follow in her steps. 💜

Make sure to come to Hellers Saturday and Sunday, buy some apples and get some junk! I'll be along the road on the left-hand side as you're walking toward the store. 😊

Thank you Caroline and Pennsboro Pumpkin Fest! Yesterday was a wonderful day connecting with people, hanging out with my friend who graciously traveled a distance to help me and loving the perfect fall day. The weather unfortunately cancelled the event for today but I'm already looking forward to coming back next year!

I've been pretty silent on here lately; lots going on; thank you for being patient. Fall is always a busy time for festivals, fairs and football and I've been enjoying all 3. 😊🏈🍁🌻🎃. Here is a list of the confirmed shows that I'm scheduled to be at for the remainder of the year:

Pennsboro Pumpkin Fest October 10-11
Heller's Apple Festival October 17-18
Benton Winterfest December 5
Berwick Winterfest December 12

I'm sure I'll fit a November show or 2 in there somewhere 😉

As always, you can also find Megan's Junk Drawer at The blooming barn and The Outpost on Market Street. Finally, if you see something you like when I post it, feel free to reach out.
