Hello friends! As you may have noticed, I've been very quiet in this new year. That is for a couple reasons. One, I haven't done any shows yet this year- last Saturday was my first! And two, I have been in a creative slump.

Whenever I would think about crocheting, my heart just wasn't in making the same old things over and over again. And I realized that what I need is some fresh and fun new patterns and ideas to get my spark back!

With that being said, yes- I will still have some of my staple items. I will also have a whole new slew of plushies to show off! I'm so excited to be doing new and different things, and maybe I'll post a few sneak peeks along the way!

I currently have two upcoming shows:

May 9- I'm thrilled to be coming back to Blue Island for my third Mai Fest!

Memorial Day weekend (Fri/Sat)- I'm traveling north to Decorah, Iowa to participate in a market in a new area!

Will I add more shows in the meantime? Maybe! But those are my current sure things. Keep an eye out here and I'll announce any new updates! As always, thank you for being a part of my page and supporting my small business! Much love! 💖🫶

Ok I'll admit it- I've been terrible at keeping up with my socials this season. Between constant crafting and lots of changes (good ones!) in my personal life, I just don't have a ton of time!

That being said, I have three more shows on the schedule to round out the year!

12/13- Christmas Market at the Cedar County fairgrounds in Tipton, IA, 12-6 pm

12/14- Holiday Market at Big Grove Brewery in Cedar Rapids, IA, 12-4 pm

12/21- Frosty Fest at Wild Rose Casino in Clinton, IA, 10-3 pm

You know the phrase "hold onto your butts"? That's where I am! 🤣😂

The next two weeks are my two busiest weeks of the entire year! I love the chaos, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't exhausted!

Here's what my next two weeks look like:

Thursday night 11/13- Friends and family night as we prepare to open Christmas Cottage for the season!

Friday 11/14- Christmas Cottage opens! I'm a new vendor this year, and am absolutely thrilled to be one of the vendors at this awesome pop up shop! I'll be working the opening shift that morning!

Saturday 11/15- Vendor Fair at McKinley Elementary in Davenport, IA. Support a local school and come see me from 9-2!

Sunday 11/16- Afternoon shift at Christmas Cottage

Tuesday/Wednesday 11/18-11/19- Morning shifts at Christmas Cottage

Thursday 11/20- Go get my Iowa license (finally- and the *day* before it expires) 🤦🤣

Friday 11/21- Happy Birthday to me! 🥳🎉🎂 I'm definitely slowing down now right?!? Nope, making the drive back to the Chicago suburbs to set up for Christmas Crossroads! This will be my third year at this Lockport, IL show and it's a fantastic, long-running show I'm thrilled to do every year!

Saturday and Sunday 11/22-11/23- Christmas Crossroads vending! Plus, it's the last two days to check out Christmas Cottage back in Iowa!

Whew! Just typing it all out makes me sleepy! I have more coming after these two weeks, this isn't the end of my year, but I'll talk about that later! 💖
