I found a corded router that I haven’t used in a while and made myself a tab removal station over by the CNC. I still have my cordless router with a flush cut bit if needed. This actually works fairly well, printed with PETG.

I blame “Jack in the shop” for this… My first 2 color print using both nozzles on the X2D. I have the main nozzle set up...

I blame “Jack in the shop” for this… My first 2 color print using both nozzles on the X2D. I have the main nozzle set up to print the black parts and the auxiliary nozzle printing the white. The bulk of the external printing is gonna be black.

Yes, It is a backlit light box made in MakerLab.
