From manufacturer’s schematic of sofa to choosing the components, the fabric- giving AI a copy of the blueprint with furniture scaled in to this mockup in the fabrics— another evening of watching TV and working on schemes…

So majorly bummed because I had to cancel out on High Point Market- at the very last minute because I injured my knee—and a 10 hour drive then 15,000 steps per day for 5 days and then followed by another 10 hour drive was definitely frowned on by my doctor. Even though my associate offered to chauffeur me around in a wheelchair and one of my reps volunteered to drive me down from his location in Columbus, Ohio to market—-so unbelievably generous. Shout at to , you have an amazing rep in Henry—-But no, I am pouting here at home…so took myself to and wandered around the dollhouses, a favorite passion when I was little, which led me to this career. So enjoy the furniture and know that I am definitely going in the Spring—- –

And this is why you bring an interior designer in at the beginning of the project—yes, you have a builder, you have an architect but we get to know you and your family—discovering what the architect forgot, overlooked or decided wasn’t necessary but your lifestyle says you do! This is why you bring me in early—I can review, catch those “oops”—work on the exterior with you which they forgot to really review with you—the lighting—the trim—the moldings- the doors—all those things that they want you to pick out with one trip to a showroom—-and we haven’t even thought of the cabinetry, plumbing, flooring, windows—-don’t live with the thought that you can do this on your own and remember all the nuances…that’s my job!

Quiet sophistication—-powder room drama—-construction begins shortly….now searching the wallpaper, equally dark, moody and WOW!—— —

Letting nature help us pickout the colors for the exterior on this new build house——definitely reflective of the selections for not only the interior but the exterior of this beautifully wooded lot in an historic section of this small town outside Metro Detroit….coming to fruition! 🧡
