Our names are Lacosta Warren and Andy McGee, and this is our adorable Labradoodle, Carter. We are honored and excited to announce that we are officially taking over as the new owners of Neaco!

We have only been residents of Blowing Rock for a short time, but this town has been one of our favorite places to visit for many years.

This isn’t just about new ownership—it’s about honoring the legacy that’s been built and continuing with the same unique, funky vibe while bringing fresh energy and an unwavering commitment to serving our community with excellence. Our goal is simple: to provide outstanding service, quality you can count on, and an experience that keeps you coming back.

It is with mixed emotions I would like to share that today is my final day as owner of neaco. It has been my great pleasure serving you all with the fun and fabulous for the past 30 years. I can’t think of anything greater to have filled my working days. Ringin’ up sales, chattin’ up customers and spinnin’ groovy tunes was most definitely my calling. You haven’t seen the last of us yet! We’ll be around for abit helping the new owner prepare for the next 30 years of fabulousness.
