Because ChatGPT can give you a mood board.
It cannot:
👉Tell you that wall is load bearing and that gorgeous open concept dream needs an engineer.
👉 Know that you actually hate clutter and will never, ever put decorative trays on that ottoman no matter how good it looks in the render.
👉 Feel the room. Know the light shifts orange at 4pm and that fabric you picked online is going to look completely different in person.
👉 Catch that the outlet placement, the door swing, and the furniture layout you love are all fighting each other before a single thing gets ordered.
👉 Sit in your kitchen, listen to how your family actually moves through it, and design around your life instead of a generic version of "cozy modern farmhouse."
A robot can generate a pretty picture.
It cannot walk your job site, work with your contractor, or know that you will absolutely regret that particular pendant light in two years.
So no, I'm not worried.
Come back when it can hold a paint chip up to natural light.
