A bathroom addition that proves simple can still make a statement.

For this rental, we leaned into a clean, modern foundation using classic subway tile but elevated it by layering intention into every detail. Instead of a single-tone install, we introduced a second color from the same tile family to break up the pattern, creating subtle contrast and visual movement without overwhelming the space.

The shift in tone adds depth, while the linear layout keeps it feeling crisp and timeless. And to bring in that touch of quiet luxury, we finished the space with brass trims, fixtures, and accents adding warmth, elegance, and just enough shine to catch the light.

Small bathroom, big impact ✨
A smaller footprint doesn’t mean less planning. This renovation required just as much thought and intention as a large-scale bathroom design. We worked with the existing plumbing layout, added a double vanity for better functionality, updated the lighting placement, installed radiant heated floors, and transformed the space into a modern, spa-like retreat.
Proof that even the smallest spaces deserve smart design and beautiful details. 🤍

Nursery design for an apartment unit.
Soft, sweet, and thoughtfully layered this space proves you don’t need bold colors or permanent changes to create something special.

We kept the palette girly without going overboard, pairing gentle pink accents with calming greens for a look that feels fresh, balanced, and timeless. The result is a nursery that’s soft but still bright, cozy yet elevated.

Every detail was chosen to be apartment-friendly, functional, and easy to update as little ones grow because great design should work with your space, not against it.
