Instructions
Prepare the crust:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
Combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
Make the filling:

2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tsp water
