Barrows Custom Window Treatments is seeking an Inside Sales & Business Development Consultant to join our growing team in Newton, MA.

This is a unique opportunity to be the face of our showroom while helping drive business growth throughout Greater Boston.

✨ What You'll Do:
• Welcome and assist showroom clients
• Introduce customers to premium Hunter Douglas products
• Schedule consultations and support the sales team
• Network with designers, builders, architects, and homeowners
• Generate leads and build lasting relationships
• Help grow an established and respected local business

✨ What We're Looking For:
• Sales or business development experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional, polished, and self-motivated
• Interest in design, home improvement, or luxury products
• Ability to work Tuesday–Saturday
