It’s Rainbow Peak Yarns’ 3rd Birthday! 🥳 All the specialty gradient cakes are ready to go, I hope you are all having a wonderful Saturday crafting, relaxing, and being fabulous! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being here for all the wild colors, fiber love, and for all of you that share projects you make with the yarn I dye! I love to see what each skein becomes once it heads out my door. Thank you, thank you, I love you all! 🫶🌈

As the year comes to and end I want to extend the biggest and snuggliest thank you to all of you! This was a hard year in many ways and it felt like a blur… but being able to dye, knit, teach, and share my love of the fiber arts was truly the best part! Social media is definitely a double edged sword, but I love the connections we can make and the inspiration we can share. Based on my top nine, I guess I just need to make all the rainbows and reels 😅🌈 Definitely a loose “goal” — make more videos, teach more classes, and of course dyeing many, many rainbows. Are you setting crafting goals for this year? Or just going in free and clear and ready for that next project to call to you? What do you want to learn? I’ll be planning the next few months of in person classes so submit your requests here (and of course we’ll get that marling class scheduled soon 🥳)! Happy New Year’s Eve!

Are you ready for an amazingly fun planned pooling project? Coming tomorrow, this beautiful Caterpillar pattern by .stitchin.witch! Grab a skein of variegated yarn, and get those needles ready. I used one skein of Rainbow Night, and I can’t tell you how fun it was to watch each little rainbow form!

Calling all Colorado Yarn Lovers! Are you scared of socks… baffled by brioche? I’ll be teaching two classes this fall at Lula Faye Fiber here in Boulder! The first will be sock basics, and the second will be two color brioche! I would love to see you there. The sock class will be two sessions, and the brioche will be one— Lula Faye Fiber is perfectly situated for a lovely day in Boulder. Take a stroll through Pearl Street, grab a coffee or some lunch, and then enjoy an afternoon in Nathalie’s beautiful shop learning some new skills! It’s Rainbow Peak Yarns’ 2 year anniversary today! I wish I had this chocolate bundt cake from my 2nd birthday to celebrate— but instead until tomorrow at midnight take 22% off everything on our website (gift cards excluded). I can’t believe it’s been 2 years! I love what I do, and I couldn’t do it without you. Thank you all for the support, and keep on crafting those beautiful things in these hard times! 🌈

I don’t think I can adequately describe how much I love this thing. It’s done! Mounted on a 19” floral hoop. My next mission is to figure out how to make this pattern into a circular vest— because I need to wear this rainbow.

Here they are! New Years Countdown boxes! 7 mini skeins, 1 full skein, gift wrapped, boxed, and tied with a ribbon. These will ship in a heavier box to protect the gift packaging! (Can you tell I really like wrapping gifts? 😅)

Calling all Knitters, Crocheters, and Crafters in Colorado: This Saturday 6/19 I am so excited to head to for a trunk show! This means there will not be a shop update this week… and instead you can come and squish all the yarn in person on Saturday, June 19th from 10-4! Have a colorway you want to see this weekend?
