Feels good to finally be working on art again 🩷 this window is a passion project with no intended recipient (hoping it takes the place of where my peacock window once was for a good while). If you look closely half is leaded the other half I got cut out last night and needs more fine tuning. The rondel was a gift of my sweet friend 🥰. I can’t wait to share more as it progresses.

Hoping your holiday season is merry & bright 🌈💜thanks for making another year of Colorado Glass Works possible - I very much wouldn’t be here without you, looking forward to what 2026 will bring and getting back to making more art again most of all ☺️.

Making some fun fused glass ornaments this holiday season with the help of my WazerPro 💪🏻 it does the work of cutting out the bases so we can focus on the fun part - the art creating and oh did we create 😍🌈!

Worming around with my , this time testing an experimental project for a glass friend of mine . We took her design and put my WazerPro to the test to see if it could make a fused glass project go from impossible to possible, check out the video to see the results 🪱!

I just want to say thank you SO MUCH for those of you who have messaged me and made me aware of the weird viral post on Facebook stealing my pictures/art and pretending to be me its really sad to see and also seems written by AI? Anyways for those of you who gave me credit and gave me the chance to be attached to my artwork thank you so so much and for all the kind messages :) makes the chaos worth it . Thanks for being in my corner and supporting the artist behind the art

An almost* complete restoration and dang she’s beautiful ☺️ (just need to add that rebar!). This late 1800s window rolled in the studio in need of some love and care. We took it apart and rebuilt it good as new! Swipe to see the before 😱!

Things have been quite busy at COGW these last few weeks in the large comission part of what we do. Here are a few projects my crew and I have been working on 😁:

-pic 1 and 5 are two half circle nature scenes for a clients home on the east coast special to them (Wyoming and Colorado)
-pic 2 a remake of a door that burned in the Marshall fire 4 years ago, not my original pattern but simply got to recreate piece for piece replica for the client to have their beloved door back. This one was a fun challenge being lead and copper (both methods of making stained glass)
-pic 3 a small window piece for a new build on the PNW, the client picked the colors and art deco theme!
-pic 4, we made 2 corporate logos for a company in New Hampshire after they took a group class at my studio and had a special time.

I wish I was a bit more on social its been hard these days juggling all that’s on my plate but it’s my intention this summer to be active and making much more art ☺️💜 thanks for hanging with me during the silent times and waiting patiently.

This is a large window piece I made for my winter collection last year that was snagged near instantly so I wasn’t able to give it some love and share as I would have liked to 🌈. It was fabricated with all mouth blown antique glass (you can see some of the character in the glass in the pic with the refraction). I would have loved to do it in lead but with timing shortages with the holiday season I opted for copper foil. I plan to revisit this pattern sometime this year but in lead and in a different color combo. Perhaps pinks or purple/blues 😁, tbd!!
