It's so important to make time for yourself and do something creative. We are so busy that we forget to take a little time for ourselves. There are so many crafty, creative things to explore! Do it by yourself or gather a few friends. Don't think you have a creative side or you're not good at it...who cares!? Giving your brain something to focus on other than life's stress is so necessary! Of course I highly recommend a fun paint class! 😂 I can help you with that. There are actually a couple of us locally who offer different styles of paint class. Learn how to knit or crochet. Go paint ceramics. Local libraries offer soooo many fun craft nights. Grab some crayons and a coloring book! Take a sewing class. Just saying....we all need a little creativity in our lives!
