Kate Latham Creative Studios Art Camps for the Bowling Green community and Custom made handwoven tapestries. Located in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Local pickup available.

All products made in Pet-Free, Smoke-Free studio. Custom woven tapestries, and DIY Weaving Kits. Tapestries vary in size, with the prices ranging from $5+. Small DIY Kits are $8, and Large Kits are $20.

ONE WEEK AWAY!

🖌️ I will have a selection of pottery available to paint - these will have to be fired in the kiln after this event. They will be ready for pick up in Alvaton 2-3 weeks after the event.

🧸 I have multiple new stuffed animal options for Stuff and Go - this will be the first event you can find these fun options like a camo bear and a tie dye bear!

🖼️ I will also have a small selection of my handwoven artwork and some DIY Kits available for purchase!

🫟 I also still have a few tie dye aprons available for purchase that I will have at this event!

New to the shop! These friends and outfits will be available at my next pop up event! Come see me at The Gathering at the Old Alvaton Gym on Saturday, September 12th from 10am-4pm. I will also have the painted pottery available that day for anyone that wants to pop in to paint! Come enjoy a fun, family friendly event with music, vendors, food trucks, and a silent auction benefiting Alvaton Elementary School!

I am excited to announce the artwork provided by artists from Art Camps by Kate summer camps and from Monticello Christian School is currently on display in the Wedge Education Gallery at The SKYPAC. SKYPAC is the Southern Kentucky Performing Arts Center at 601 College Street in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

The artwork will be on display through the end of September. You can view the artwork during regular business hours (Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm). When you enter SKYPAC from the far right entrance marked "ticket office", the gallery is in the hallway directly to the right.

Printmaking weekly art lessons begin this Wednesday from 4-5pm at the Old Alvaton Gym! Weekly small group lessons = a deeper dive into each process. These lessons have a max of 8 students.

Week 1 - History of Printmaking, Design for Styrofoam Relief Print
Week 2 - Styrofoam Relief Printing
Week 3 - Screen Printing on Pencil Pouches
Week 4 - Gel Plate Printing
Week 5 - Additional Gel Printing if Needed + Preparing Art Pieces for Presentation
Student Artwork will be set up for the final 15 minutes of class for families to observe.

Registration has been extended until TOMORROW night - don't delay in securing your artist's spot as you will not be able to register late for these sessions due to each week builds on knowledge from the previous week's lesson.
