🎃🍂 Easy Pumpkin Pie Dump Cake 🍂🎃

This is such an easy fall dessert—creamy pumpkin on the bottom with a buttery, golden spice-cake topping! 😋

Ingredients

* 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin purée
* 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
* 3 large eggs
* 1 cup granulated sugar
* 1 tsp ground cinnamon
* 1 box spice cake mix
* 2 sticks (1 cup) butter, melted
* Whipped cream for serving

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2. Whisk together pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
3. Pour the pumpkin mixture evenly into the baking dish.
4. Sprinkle the dry spice cake mix evenly over the pumpkin layer. Don’t stir!
5. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the entire cake mix.
6. Bake for about 50–60 minutes, until the top is golden and the pumpkin filling is set.
7. Let cool slightly and serve warm or chilled with a big dollop of whipped cream. 🤎

🍁 Tip: Add chopped pecans over the cake mix before adding the butter for a delicious crunchy topping!

🍂🎃 Pumpkin Spice Snack Mix 🎃🍂

This is such a fun fall treat for parties, movie nights, or little treat bags! 🧡

Ingredients:
🥣 4 cups Honey Nut Chex cereal
🥨 2 cups pretzels
🍂 6 oz caramel Bugles
🧈 ¼ cup melted butter
🤎 ¼ cup brown sugar
🎃 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
🤍 ½ tsp vanilla extract
🍫 8 oz Reese’s Pieces
🍬 1 cup harvest candy mix with candy corn & pumpkins

Directions:
Mix the Chex, pretzels, and Bugles together. Stir melted butter, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla together, then drizzle over the cereal mixture and toss well.

Spread onto a baking sheet and bake at 300°F for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let cool completely, then mix in the Reese’s Pieces and harvest candies. 🎃🍁

Serve in a big bowl or fill cute mason jars for an adorable fall treat! 🧡🥨🍬

Upcycled my 8 drawer organizer using prints by Textured and Torn. Bling by Totally Dazzled.

I had to add a little more personality to window pane arches. I used Reba Rose Creations, Beautifully Broken, on the crosses. I used a Redesign peacock mould, painted and rhinestoned, to add a little themed bling. Then, I finished it with a small floral arrangement in the corners.

I have been gathering the things needed to create this table scape all summer. I used Reba Rose Creations’
collection, Whispering Bayou, on rustic wood slices, wood beaded coasters, and a burlap tablerunner. I already posted about the dough bowl. I also added lace on the burlap placemats and around the pictures on the tablerunner. After decoupaging, I resined the coasters and the wood slices (chargers). I do have plans to make napkins rings with bling as soon as my wood beads arrive. Where they are out in delivery land, nobody knows! I’ll post those IF I ever get to make those for my napkins.
