Branson is popping this weekend! The jeeps have been buzzing around town, Tanger was packed yesterday, the Landing parking lot full and traffic was backed up on the strip. I absolutely love tourist season in B-Town!!! Have a blessed weekend!

I am thankful for the freedom we exercise right here in little old Branson Missouri USA but let us not forget the price that was paid for our liberties. Marshall Meadows sent in this photo. Absolutely had to share it! Fun fact - The Showboat Branson Belle is no longer the Branson Belle. Silver Dollar City rebranded the old girl and she is now called "Silver Dollar City's Showboat". Rumors are floating around that the showboat may find a new home closer to the new resort next year. Unverified but that showboat rumor is "Floating Around" 😁

I love seeing Luna Moths but it doesn't happen often. At least not for me. They are supposedly common throughout Missouri but some years I don't even see one. Other years I might see 3 or 4 and typically all within a few days. Fun fact, adult luna moths don’t eat at all! I think I need to try the Luna diet! LOL! Their name comes from the moon. They are mostly seen at sunset or night. Their nocturnal lifestyle inspired their nickname “moon moth.” Since I am an early bird that's probably why I don't see them often.
