Cosmic Zo, an artist often on the verge of a meltdown, crafted this sound-dampening 34-inch square box. So you can scream to your heart's content, knowing only a few will truly hear the depth of your woes.

To scream your woes out into the void, this artist will accept:

✨or found treasures!

This was an exercise I did during therapy. My therapist had me describe what I was feeling in my body. I was feeling really anxious and it felt like hot and cold sensations all around. Tingles, heart palpitations, and all. Not always a great feeling, but good to get it out of my body and onto the paper.⁠
