Close Enough Crafts I create handmade pieces with humor - all from a wheelchair!

Welcome to the wonderfully imperfect world of Close Enough Crafts — where creativity wins, perfection is optional, and if it’s a little crooked… we call that character.

⛈️💗 SPOILER ALERT: I AM THE STORM! 💗⛈️

Sometimes you just need a little reminder that you're stronger than whatever life throws at you… and sometimes that reminder needs a little ATTITUDE! 😂💪

I'm absolutely LOVING this sassy canvas! And because I think we could all use a little encouragement (with a side of mild profanity 🤣), I'm running a SPECIAL!

🎨 12" x 12" CANVAS — ONLY $25!

💕 YOU CHOOSE YOUR COLORS! 💕

Want pink? You got it! 💗
Want purple? Absolutely! 💜
Want something bold and dramatic? I'M YOUR GIRL! 🖤

Each canvas is handmade with love, a little sass, and probably a few questionable words coming from my craft room! 😂✂️

⏰ This price is for a LIMITED TIME!

Message me to claim yours and pick your colors!

🚨 SOMEONE STOP ME! I'VE GOT 2 OPEN SPOTS! 🚨😂

Y'all know what happens when I have too much free time... I start crafting, talking to myself, and occasionally threatening my glue gun! 🤣✂️

💕 Close Enough Crafts has room for TWO more custom door hangers this week!

Whether you're looking for something festive, farmhouse, personalized, or just a little sassy (my personal favorite 😏), I've got you covered!

🎨 UPDATED PRICING:

🍁 12" — $35
🍁 15" — $40
🍁 18" — $45

Every piece is handmade with love, a little attitude, and possibly a few words I can't repeat on Facebook. 🤭

❤️ Here's the part that means the most to me: Every order helps support my continued therapy and recovery while giving me something I absolutely LOVE doing!

These pictures are just a few examples of what I can create. Have something different in mind? CHALLENGE ACCEPTED! 😁

💡 LET THERE BE LIGHT... NOT A HEART ATTACK! 😂🤣

We've ALL been there.

You walk into the kitchen, reach for the light switch, and suddenly...

GRRRRRRRRRRRRR! 😱

The garbage disposal comes roaring to life, you jump three feet, and now you need a clean pair of un**es! 🤣🤣

WELL, NOT ANYMORE!

Introducing my newest little creation from Close Enough Crafts!

💡 Light bulb = LIGHTS!
👹 Monster = GARBAGE DISPOSAL!

Because sometimes we need a little help figuring out which switch does what... and nobody should have to risk wetting themselves just to turn on a light! 😂

💕 PRICING:

💡 $10 – Decals only (DIY!)
💡 $15 – Decals already applied to a switch plate!

Cute, practical, and potentially underwear-saving! 🤣

Message me to order yours!

Y’ALL. 😂🪿🤠

This silly goose tried to KILL ME.

There were moments. There were words. There may have been threats involving scissors. ✂️🤣

BUT… I learned some new techniques while making her, and I think she officially landed herself in my TOP 3 favorite things I’ve ever made! 😍

I was asked to make a 90s COUNTRY GOOSE and, well…

I THINK I DID THE THING. 🤠🪿🎶

She’s giving boots.
She’s giving big hair.
She’s giving “Should’ve Been a Cowboy.”
She’s giving somebody please hide the crafting supplies before Trenda loses it. 😂

And honestly? I LOVE HER.

P.S. Crafting safety tip:
If a crafter suddenly stops what she’s doing and starts spontaneously laughing…

RUN.

She’s about three seconds away from throwing the scissors. ✂️🤣

🍁 HELLO, FALL! 🍁

Okay… I’m kind of obsessed with how this one turned out. 😍 The colors, the bow, the whole cozy fall vibe — she’s giving pumpkin spice without actually saying pumpkin spice. 😂

And since I’m still supposed to be taking it easy and keeping myself entertained, y’all know what that means…

KEEP ME BUSY. 😂🎨

I’m happily taking orders for custom door hangers! You pick the theme, colors, saying, season — whatever makes your little heart happy — and I’ll work my magic. ✨

🍂 12" — $35
🍂 15" — $40
🍂 18" — $45

Every order gives me something fun to work on while I’m laying low — and keeps me from online shopping, which honestly benefits everyone in this household. 🤣

Apparently quarantine has a side effect nobody warned me about: My boredom - and Ashy's annoyance with my boredom-induced shopping... 😂

So while I’m laying low and keeping my newly Rituxan-ed immune system away from everybody’s cooties, I need something to do!

And conveniently… I have wood. I have ribbon. I have paint. And I have questionable judgment with a glue gun. 🤣

So if you’ve been thinking about ordering a door hanger from Close Enough Crafts, now would be an excellent time to keep me occupied and out of trouble.

AND I’ve updated my pricing! 🎉
❤️ 12" — $35
❤️ 15" — $40
❤️ 18" — $45

Custom designs are always welcome. Send me an idea, a picture, a theme, your favorite colors- or just say, “Trenda, make me something cute.” I can work with that. 😂

No sad sales pitch. No guilt trip. Just one quarantined craft lady asking you to please give her something productive to do before she starts bedazzling the wheelchair. ✨🤣

✨ LOOK HOW PRETTY THIS ONE TURNED OUT! ✨

I absolutely LOVE the navy, natural wood, and crisp white together—and that striped bow just finishes it perfectly! 😍

As soon as I saw the picture of their new home, I felt inspired!

This personalized door hanger is classy, simple, and perfect for year-round use.

One of my favorite things about making these is creating something that’s made specifically for YOUR home. 🏡💙

Want one with your family name, colors, and style? Send me a message! I’d love to make something special for you.

And as always, every order from Close Enough Crafts helps support my continued therapy and recovery—which makes every single order mean a little more to me. ❤️

💗 HELP KEEP ME BUSY! 💗

Friday is a BIG day for me — I have my first Rituxan (chemotherapy) infusion for Sjögren’s! 🎉💪

Afterward, I’ll be laying low and sheltering in place for a bit while my immune system bounces back. And y’all know me… sitting around doing absolutely nothing is NOT my specialty. 😂 Especially if I'm feeling sick!

Sooooo… PUT ME TO WORK! ✂️🎀🎨

Close Enough Crafts is officially accepting orders! Door hangers, personalized signs, holiday goodies, custom creations — if you’ve got an idea, send it my way and we’ll see what we can come up with!

Every order means more to me than just a sale. This little hobby gives me something creative and productive to do while I continue working toward recovery — and I genuinely LOVE making things for you guys. ❤️

Christmas is coming, Halloween isn’t over, and apparently at Close Enough Crafts we recognize ALL SEASONS SIMULTANEOUSLY. 🤣🎃🎄

Message me to order! And if you don’t need anything right now, a share helps me tremendously. 💗

✨ Another Productive Week at Close Enough Crafts! ✨

These are the four projects I completed this week, and I’m pretty proud of how much I’m able to accomplish when I stick to my goal of four projects per week! ❤️

I’ve learned that four a week is my sweet spot—it keeps me productive while still allowing me to give each piece the time and attention it deserves.

Tomorrow, I’m ready to start my next group of four! 🎨

Currently on my work list are:
🎄 2 Christmas door signs
🎃 1 Halloween door sign
✨ ONE OPEN SPOT!

So, I’m looking for my fourth project to start tomorrow! If you’ve been thinking about having something custom made, this is the perfect time to grab that spot.

As always, thank you so much for supporting Close Enough Crafts. Every order means more to me than simply keeping my craft room busy—it supports me, my creativity, and my continued recovery. ❤️

Message me if you’d like to claim the last spot for this week!
