My Stars and Stripes pillow is ready for testers!

Please note this is an intermediate pattern, the pattern uses intarsia and cut and burn methods. This is a written pattern only, hoping to get a video together soon but probably not in time for testers.

Testers will be chosen 5/22 with feedback requested 5/29 and targeting launch day 5/31

Let’s talk price points 😅😅😅

I’ve had a couple inquiries lately and a couple comments stating that I’m a little pricier than they expected and while I would ABSOLUTELY LOVE a sale. I know that my precious creations are not for everyone.

I personally feel like I underprice myself often and that’s simply because I really do want my clients to be able to purchase something that they will cherish for years to come within their budget.

Just a little insight on my flags specifically, these beautiful throws are knit with the intarsia method and I personally don’t care for fabric stars on my flags so I found thinner yarn, cut 50 strips and hand knit those stars into the flag (and my OCD requires that they resemble our actual flag so of course my rows and columns are ACCURATE😂)

Because of this process I put much more time and effort into this specific design that yes the flag may be 40x60 but it is not priced like my normal 40x60 throws.

Hope this insight helps you understand why same size blankets can be priced differently
