Sourdough🌾

Now moving to a sandwich size loaf. It's been a process scaling and using all the new tools. We feel good about these loaves and all our bread will be the same with just a diffent shape.

We will have sourdough this week

Animal Day is my favorite market day . We thought celebrating with a few new menu items would be a fun way to spend the day!

A special thank you to all who joined us today at market. I don't often share much of our personal details but I had many of you ask about our family and how things are progressing.

This has been one of the most difficult periods of our life but we are thankful for so much. We are continuing with progress in our home and appreciate everyone's messages and prayers for our family. I'm not sure when things will go back to a 'normal' however we feel blessed and truly thankful for all the kindness and love.

Our goals for this year are still the same- make the best food/products that we can and bring our community together.

As always we're so honored to those who make buying local part of their routine.

Next week will be animal day at the market.I'll have the girls with me and post again as we get closer. Last lamb snuggling event was so lovely looking forward to seeing you again.
