🏷️Why We Don’t Give Prices Before the Estate Sale

We get asked this question a lot, and we completely understand why!

At Terry And Company Estate & Downsizing Sales, every sale contains hundreds—sometimes thousands—of items. Taking individual price requests before a sale would be extremely time-consuming and would prevent us from focusing on what matters most: organizing, researching, pricing, and presenting a great sale for everyone.

We also want all shoppers to have the same opportunity to see items in person, inspect their condition, and make purchasing decisions fairly when the sale opens.

Photos can only tell part of the story, and many items are grouped, displayed, or priced based on factors that aren’t always obvious online.

Our team works hard to price items according to current market conditions, and we encourage everyone to come out and see the full selection for themselves. You may even discover treasures you didn’t know you were looking for!

How Our Large Price Tags Work

If you purchase an item with a large tag, please follow these steps:

1. Tear off the bottom portion of the tag.
2. Ask one of our employees to write your name and “SOLD” on the top portion of the tag.
3. Take the bottom portion to the cashier to pay for the item.

🔸 Important:
If a tag only has the top portion remaining, that item has already been claimed and is no longer available for purchase.
