We bought 38 POUNDS of Jalapeños the other day.... ya know, for the Jalapeño Cheddar loaves....

As I was processing (aka dicing) these 38 POUNDS of Jalapeños, I thought it was such a waste to throw away the tops to the Jalapeños. So....

I give you Jalapeño Top Jelly!! 🌶

Its seriously SOOOO good! 🤤🤤 and made with Organic Ingredients!

Ill have this at the next Tuesday Market! I was only able to process 6 jars! So get them while you can! Or... until I buy another 38 pound box of Jalapeños (in like 6 weeks 😅).

Last year's bride is hitting her 1 year anniversary and sent me these absolutely stunning photos of her cake (done by yours truly 😎)! Photos were taken by the photographer!

This was another fun cake!

Red velvet 6inch 3 layer top tier and a 8 inch 3 layer red velvet with vanilla buttercream bottom tier!

Pearls and flowers to top it for such a classy and elegant wedding cake! 💍
